To meet the surging global demand for Korean culture and fashion, my production partner and I conceptualized, curated, and executed a multi-brand experiential retail pop-up in downtown New York City. The strategic goal was to introduce Seoul based mid-tier home goods to the growing NYC market—establishing immediate brand awareness, delivering proof-of-concept, and capturing localized consumer data for foreign labels looking to scale in the West.
